Description
Echeverias have an interesting rosette-forming growth habit and are available in a variety of leaf colors and shapes. They produce small subtle flowers in shades of orange, yellow and pink. Great as an outdoor plant in milder climates, thriving in well-drained stony soil, and popular as an indoor house plant in colder climates.
Care and Handling
Light shade to full sun work well for most varieties, although many are the most colorful in full sun. Give them plenty of water in the spring and summer with little in the winter. Needs good drainage and most are drought tolerant. Most are hardy to the mid 20's.
