A succulent rosette of stiff bluish-green leaves edged in white, this agave can be grown in full sun or partial shade.  An excellent accent addition to any rock or succulent garden.

Aloes are succulents whose leaves grow in a rosette pattern and most on short stems.  They are easy to grow in full sun to partial shade.  Pretty bloom spikes with orange or yellow flowers appear in spring or summer.  Only Aloe Vera's gel-like sap has been shown to help heal burns.  Other Aloes' sap should not be used on the skin.  

A variegated form of Aralia Balfour has medium green leaves with new growth showing a lighter green center.  Sometimes known as "dinner plate" aralia because of the large leaves. Perfect for medium light conditions.

Similar to "Glauca" with shiny green foliage and purple undersides.  This tropical beauty works well in interiors or shaded exteriors.  Stays full and columnar with no lower leaf drop and not prone to get mites.

Commonly called "Corn Plant" there is nothing common about this proven houseplant.  It's glossy green leaves broadly striped and banded by light green and yellow down the center have tolerated a variety of light conditions.

Often called Madagascar Palm. A shiny silver trunk covered with thorns, this cactus-looking plant in winter, spouts emerald green narrow top leaves in spring.  Mature plants even produce white flowers. A great specimen plant.

Stiff blue-green leaves form columnar rosettes of 3 feet in diameter growing to a height of 25 feet.  Filifera comes from the Latin for "bearing threads" as the leaves seem to have small white threads curling from them.

This tree yucca has a crown of long narrow blue-gray leaves on a single heavy trunk (all are at least 25 years old) which can slowly grow to 15 feet.  Sun loving and drought tolerant.  Rostrata means beaked.

In the aroid family, the "ZZ"  has small, thick, glossy leaves.  It is extremely hardy and tolerates low light.

These are healthy plants that are a little thinner, and work well for a replacement or a rental.
