Agave ‘Blue Flame’

Resembling a blue flame with its gracefully incurved leaf, Agave ‘Blue Flame’ is an evergreen succulent perennial which produces elegant rosettes of flexible blue-green leaves with finely serrated margins and a terminal spine. This desirable hybrid combines some of the best qualities of its parents: graceful form, beautiful color of Agave attenuata; enhanced hardiness, terminal spine and finely serrated margins of Agave shawii. This Agave rarely flowers. It makes a dramatic focal point or accent and can be used in decorative pots.
