Echeveria agavoides
A very popular species with a unique look from most Echeveria. Each rosette can grow to 12″ in diameter, hasthick, pointed leaves like an Agave, and remains short and mostly stemless. When grown in bright sunlight and given infrequent water, the leaf edges can turn reddish. This species tends to be solitary, but it propagates readily from leaves. It is native to Mexico and often sends up multiple bloom stalks at once.
